- Wills, Trust and Estate Planning. 
In addition to the practice of  law in this field for several years, I have a financial background with an undergraduate degree in Accounting.  I have prepared many wills and trust agreements with approximately 50% of the practice devoted to this area of the law.  I have been appointed to act as a Court accountant to the Surrogate Court in Goshen, New York.  As an adjunct instructor for Marist College, I have taught many paralegals in this field of law.  I work very closely with paralegals and outside CPA firms to acheive the best result for estate, fiduciary, and income tax reduction for clients, their heirs and succeeding generations.                         

- Real Estate Sales and Purchases. 
I have represented hundreds of sellers and purchasers of residential real estate, including large residential developers and builders.  I work very closely with real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, title insurance companies, engineering firms and surveyors to acheive prompt and successful results for clients.  Every aspect of the transaction is personally handled by me.                        

- Business Planning. 
With the combination of law and accounting, I offer a unique approach to advising clients on business formation, whether it be a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or sole proprietorship.  Once again, I work closely with CPA firms to acheive the proper formation for the client.                        

- Litigation. 
I have appeared in Supreme Courts, Surrogate Court, City Courts and Justice Court throughout Orange County.  I have been quite successful when it becomes necessary to litigate a dispute.
